Questions regarding shipping?
We do our best to pack your items securely before shipping, but once they are turned in to the post office, they are out of our hands. If you are concerned with your item arriving securely, Shipping Insurance can be purchased with your order, but you must contact us at email@example.com before placing your order. Let us know what you'd like to purchase, we will put them aside, pack your items, and get back to you with a final price that includes shipping insurance (usually an additional $3), and further directions on placing your order.
We use these record mailers for extra protection against postal mishandling (*Orders with over 3 items ship in a bigger box. Gatefold Vinyl = 2 items):

We do our best to get your order processed and out asap. We often make it to the post office with your order within 48 hours of receipt. Friday and weekend orders go out Monday.
My order hasn't shown up. What should I do?:
Overseas customers, please allow some time for your package to arrive. We ship first class, and it can take a couple weeks sometimes.
Please check and make sure you have included all necessary info. Sometimes people forget to put their name, street address, complete credit card number, even the order itself in their order!
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org *only* after a reasonable period of time has passed, you've checked with your local post office, and you think your order may have gone missing.
You are obligated to pay the appropriate 9.25% sales tax that is added to your subtotal on physical product.
Questions about ordering?
Rest assured that everything listed on the site is available for purchase. If an item is sold out it will say so, so no need to email asking if it is before you place your order.
We only accept returns on defective items for replacement with the same item.
We will not accept returns on goods not originally sold to you by Attacknine.com.
A return request must be made by the cutomer to Attacknine.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must be authorized with a written RETURN AUTHORIZATION and RA NUMBER from Attacknine. An RA# will only be issued from a written Return Authorization Request submitted by the customer. A copy of your Attacknine issued RA should be included in the box with your return when you ship it. RA#'s are good for only 30 days from issuance. After 30 days they will be canceled. Any goods returned on a cancelled RA will be returned at customer expense. Shipping must be paid by the customer for both inbound and rejected returns.
